Data Protection Notice

1. Data controller

Your personal data is processed by Nurullah Ata Biberci, Attorney at Law (ATA Law & Consultancy), acting as data controller. Istanbul Bar Association, registry no 91864. Office: Hürriyet Mah. Dr. Cemil Bengü Cad. No:34 D:9 Kağıthane / Istanbul.

2. Data processed

Only the data you provide is processed: your name, phone number, the subject you select and the text you write in the message field.

No visitor analytics, advertising pixels or profiling cookies are used on this site. If you do not complete the form, no personal data is collected.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Your data is used to respond to your request, to arrange appointments and to carry out a preliminary assessment of the matter. It is never used for marketing, newsletters or profiling, and no commercial electronic messages are sent.

Processing is based on Article 5/2-(c) and 5/2-(f) of the KVKK; explicit consent is not requested and the service is not made conditional on consent.

4. Transfer

Your data is not shared with third parties and is not transferred abroad, except for the technical infrastructure of the hosting provider and lawful requests from authorised public authorities.

This site contains no embedded third-party content — no maps, videos or external fonts. Fonts are served from our own server, so your IP address is not disclosed to any third party by visiting the site.

5. Retention

Data sent through the form is kept for as long as necessary to conclude your request. If no representation is established, it is deleted within a reasonable period after the correspondence ends.

6. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may request information about whether your data is processed, ask for correction or deletion, object to processing and claim compensation for unlawful processing.

You may submit your requests in writing to the office address or by e-mail to atabiberci@istanbul.av.tr. Requests are answered free of charge within thirty days at the latest.

7. Professional secrecy

Any information sent through this site is treated as professional secrecy under Article 36 of the Turkish Attorneys' Act. This obligation applies from the first contact even if no representation is established, and it has no time limit.
