Our approach

The hardest part of a legal problem is often not the problem itself but the uncertainty of the process. When it is unclear how long it will take, what stages it will pass through and what the outcome might be, the process becomes impossible to manage.

For this reason the office works on a single principle: to share the legal position of the file as it actually is. In the first meeting the matter is heard in detail, the available documents are examined, and the possible courses of action are assessed together with their timelines, costs and risks.

No outcome is ever promised. What is legally possible is clearly separated from what is not; if the prospects of a claim are weak, that is said at the outset. Where litigation is not the most suitable route, alternative paths — mediation, settlement negotiations or a formal notice — are considered first.
