About the Office
A legal process is manageable when it is understood
ATA Law & Consultancy is run in Kağıthane, Istanbul by Attorney N. Ata Biberci, a member of the Istanbul Bar Association. The office advises individuals and companies on consultancy, contract drafting, dispute resolution and litigation.
What a person facing a legal problem needs most is to know in advance how the process will unfold. For that reason, in every file the available options, the foreseeable timeline and the possible risks are shared from the outset. No outcome is promised; what is legally possible is clearly separated from what is not.
Everything shared during a meeting is protected as professional secrecy under Article 36 of the Turkish Attorneys' Act.
